The new
school year started four weeks ago … and I’m still überbusy with all the 1000
little things I still have to organise, hand out, plan, copy etc. etc.
Our
national holiday yesterday was the perfect “time out” to relax a bit, enjoy the
autumn sunshine and craft a little card. I followed Heidi's tutorial and made
my own chevron pattern out of PP.
Here is the
card which is perfect for the Daring Cardmaker’s Chevron dare.
Das neue Schuljahr hat vor vier Wochen begonnen … und ich
bin immer noch vollauf damit beschäftigt 1000 Kleinigkeiten zu organisieren,
auszuteilen, einzusammeln, zu kopieren, zu planen, abzusprechen etc. pp. Da
bleibt leider auch am Wochenende zu wenig Zeit zum Basteln.
Unser Nationalfeiertag gestern war daher die perfekte
Gelegenheit mir eine kleine Auszeit zu gönnen: ausruhen, lesen, die Herbstsonne
genießen … und ein kleines Kärtchen ist auch entstanden. Ich wollte schon
länger mal Heidis ZickZack-Tutorial ausprobieren. Hierbei ist aus PP mein
eigenes Zickzack-Muster entstanden.
Hier ist die Karte, die auch wunderbar zur aktuellen

Today was
the first rainy day in ages … and I’m not used to taking photos without natural
light any more. So please excuse the not-so-nice quality of the pictures.
Thanks for the lovely comment on my blog Miri, my dad really liked his card. :) I love your take on the chevrons, so clever. I've just realised I have that text background stamp too, I will have to get it out and use it again, it's been a while. ;)
