Hey crafters,
The Daring Cardmakers have some more inspiration for you.
Let yourself be inspired by our one word prompt:
WISH
I just wish my days would have more hours to squeeze in
more crafting time 😉. Here you’ll find WISHES in my sentiments.
I love the card layout. They were so easy and simple to
make and the pretty paper really stands out! I will definitely save this idea
for later (and other occasions).
Hello crafty people,
Here is the new Daring Cardmakers‘ challenge. We have
another word prompt for you:
WOOD
Use wood (or trees) on your card.
I think this wooden paper looks great with the cute little
Christmas owl.
Hey crafters,
Are you in a Christmas mood already? The Daring Cardmakers
bring you more inspiration for your weekend crafting.
This Friday it’s a one-word-prompt:
COSY
What comes to your mind?
What to make: Anything Goes -Tags, Bags, Cards, Decor, boxes and all kinds of trimmings - whatever you want to make, Christmas themed or not its up to you
I’m instantly thinking of cosy winter pullovers, mittens, thick socks, woolen dresses etc. So here are some cosy winter clothes:
Hello crafters,
Oh wow, it’s getting excited… the Daring Cardmakers are
starting the Christmas Countdown! You can use our challenges to make cards,
tags, boxes, ornaments or whatever you want.
This is our inspirational picture for November:
I bought a cute paper and stamp set with gnomes. To be honest…
I’m still not sure if I like it or if it’s too „cute“ and bright for me. I love
colours, but during Christmas time I prefer muted colours in combination with
gold or silver.
But I had a lot of fun colouring the little gnome.
Let’s see if you’ll find more gnomes on my blog in the next
few weeks 😉.
Happy crafting!
Hey crafters,
It’s Friday and the Daring Cardmakers want to give you some
inspiration for your next crafty session.
Nat has a new challenge for you:
Alphabet Soup
I'm not sure about you, but I'm a sucker for a
pretty font, and I've amassed quite a few alphabet die sets over the years. But
I'm not all that great at using them! So for this week's challenge, I want you
to create a sentiment using alphabet dies/stamps.
That’s definitely true for me too. I had big plans with my
alphabet dies … but haven’t used them that often.
Here I used the opportunity to make two cards. One with the
positive, one with the negative letters.
Have a crafty weekend!
Hey crafters,
I had some really busy weeks and no time for crafting.
Luckily we had our National holiday last week and I used it as a creative
crafty day. And it felt awesome!
Joanne picked the topic for the Daring Cardmakers this
week:
Fun and games
Be inspired by games this week! It could be an
indoor game (Monopoly, Dungeons and Dragons, Twister, Kerplunk etc) or an
outdoor one (hockey, football, rugby, netball…)
That was a bit tricky for me. But I found some old paper
which has all kind of balls on it. (As a German who isn’t into
team sports I only recognize the golf ball … but hey, it fits the bill.)
I actually own a die set to make this flip-it card and I
love how it showcases your paper and that you can add several sentiments on it.
Have a happy weekend with enough time for games and crafting!
